Native Raspberry and Boysenberry - (Rubus muelleri)
Dianella Berry Jam - (Dianella caerulea)
Gooseberry Jam - [Physalis minima]
Lemon Aspen Jam - (Acronychia Oblongifolia)
Riberry Marmalade - (Syzygium luemanei)

All Jams and Chutneys are made from Australian Native species.
The Jams are also made with Spring Water.

The plants are grown Organically and watered with Spring Water.
Propogated for 10 years, now being grown commercially.
